Employer is seeking 2 or more years of welding experience and good work ethics. Starting pay $21.50 per hour plus $100 gas allowance if live 30 miles or more. Recently completed a welding class, with a good work ethics and overall professionalism or if have completed class and willing to learn good work ethics along with additional skills, and commit for 6 month work at Tandom Axle Technology will start you at $12.50 per hour plus $100 if you live 30 miles or more. If your skill get to our requirement within 6 months or less we will increase your pay to $15.00 or more depending on your progress and willingness to continue, we are looking for people who want to build a long term relationship with a future.
