• Location: Burlington, MA (01805) – Greater Boston area\n\t
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical/Surgical Telemetry\n\t
• Contract Type: Travel RN contract\n\t
• Start Date: February 16, 2026\n\t
• End Date: April 13, 2026\n\t
• Duration: 8 weeks\n\t
• Hours per Week: 36\n\t
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights: 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a), rotating in 4-week blocks\n\t
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (days: Sat/Sun; nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)\n\t
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing jobs\n\t
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience\n\t
• Epic EMR experience required\n\t
• BLS certification (AHA) required\n\t
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS preferred\n\t
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel RN experience\n\t
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months\n\t
• Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)\n

\n\nRN Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry Float Pool\n\t
• Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed\n\t
• Maintain patient ratios between 1:3-5\n\t
• Adapt to rotating shifts and weekend requirements\n\t
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n\t
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR\n\t
• Participate in ongoing education and pass required clinical assessments\n
