About the Role
We are seeking a Documentation Auditor to join our team in the natural gas pipeline sector. In this role, you will review, organize, and verify project records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of pipelines by making sure every weld, inspection, and test is properly documented and accounted for.

Responsibilities
Audit construction and inspection documentation for compliance with regulations and company standards.
Verify accuracy and traceability of records (materials, welds, tests, inspections).
Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based records.
Identify gaps or discrepancies and follow up with project personnel for corrections.
Assist in preparing documentation packages for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
No pipeline experience required – training will be provided.
Background in teaching with classroom experience in a K-12 setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning new systems and managing digital files.
