Online coaching via the IMG Academy+ brand, with a focus on personal development through the lens of sport and performance Online college recruiting , via the NCSA brand, providing content, tools, coaching and access to a network of 40,000 college coaches Position Summary: The Student Strength and Conditioning Coach provides students with exposure to athlete development in strength and conditioning. Students will assist staff in supporting the physical preparation and performance of athletes across multiple sports. Position Responsibilities Assist with session setup, equipment organization, and breakdown. Shadow staff during training sessions; provide support but not direct instruction. Help collect and organize athlete performance and testing data. Support facility upkeep, cleanliness, and logistics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Enrolled in a college/university program and receiving academic credit. Liability insurance: $1M per incident / $3M aggregate. Good academic standing and faculty recommendation. Support role only; students will not lead sessions.
