Startup Internship: Sales & Operations (Bangers Snacks)

Bangers Snacks is a fast-growing startup on a mission to disrupt the snack industry. We make caffeinated potato chips — and we’re scaling rapidly nationwide.

We’re looking for driven, curious, and scrappy interns who want hands-on startup experience in sales, marketing, and brand-building. You’ll learn how to take a bold new product to market, work directly with leadership, and develop skills you can use for the rest of your career.

🎯 Two Divisions (Choose Your Track)

1. Sales (Revenue Growth)

• Pitch and sell to local retailers (gas stations, liquor stores, c-stores, etc.)
• Manage your own territory & sales pipeline
• Earn commission on every closed deal

2. Operations (Cost Optimization)

• Work on the supply side: sourcing, logistics, and production efficiency
• Example: if it costs $1 to make a bag, and you help reduce it to $0.90 → you get 50% of that $0.10 savings × units sold
• Direct exposure to how a startup scales from the inside

• Scrappy problem-solvers who thrive on feedback & challenge
• Self-starters energized by goals, progress, and teamwork
• Living in the company HH strongly encouraged (otherwise you’ll be commuting daily to the office)
• A car isn’t required, but it’s a big plus
