Electric Picks, a Hoboken NJ hyper-growth organization, is changing the narrative on fashion jewelry by offering a lifetime guarantee, launching innovative collaborations with top influencers and focusing on thoughtful creative branding. We are looking for a jewelry and fashion lover to add to our passionate small team who wants a career with immense growth potential. Our goal is to love showing up for work every single day (seriously), to work hard and have fun while doing it.

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Assistant for our growing team! This position will assist with the day-to-day creation, scheduling, and posting of content across all social platforms. They'll also assist with influencer giftings, outreach, day to day marketing needs, and events. This role requires a mix of creativity and organization. Someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content while assisting our marketing team with day to day needs.

Position Overview:

· Part-Time Position: 3 days per week 9AM-530PM (flexible on days)

· On-site in our Hoboken, NJ studio

· $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy
• Assist in Developing, editing, and publishing engaging content (photos, videos, captions, graphics) tailored for each platform.
• Stay ahead of social trends (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and suggest new content formats.
• Assist with planning and executing social campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaboration launches.
• Assist with managing influencer outreach & sending giftings. Track gifting quantities, timing, and follow-ups

• Platform Management
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and help build community.
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports to share with the team.

• General Support
• Assist with special projects, research, and creative brainstorming.
• Help coordinate brand events, photoshoots, and influencer partnerships.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 0-1 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and editing platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, eye for detail, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture, fashion, and social trends.
