Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and skilled Snow Plow Drivers to join our team for the winter season! If you enjoy working with a team and have experience handling snow removal equipment, wed love to hear from you. This seasonal opportunity can transition into landscaping or lawn care work during the summer months for those looking for year-round employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate snow plow trucks to clear driveways, roads, and parking lots.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed.
• Monitor weather conditions to respond quickly to snow events.
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleared efficiently and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience operating snow plows or heavy equipment preferred.
• Mechanical skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snowstorms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physical ability to handle long shifts and adverse weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Loretto.
