Sagard Real Estate Internship Program 2026

Sagard Real Estate is a real estate investment advisor and operator providing investment management services throughout the U.S. including acquisitions, asset management, development and property management for our investors. With $5.3B in assets under management, our clients invest through separately managed accounts and commingled funds.

Sagard Real Estate is based in Denver with regional offices in New York City, Charlotte, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Austin metro areas.

Experience your next internship with Sagard Real Estate in Denver, Colorado. Our summer internship program is an in-person, full-time program, that runs from June to August.

Application Period: October 20 to November 21, 2025

Scheduled Interviews: January February 2026

Students will be exposed to the following:

• Asset Management Assist with underwriting leases, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and asset valuations
• Acquisitions Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions, run market level research, and help prepare deal memos
• Portfolio Management Assist with portfolio modeling and portfolio reporting, perform market and asset class research
• Business Projects Receive exposure to other business groups within the company including Development, Finance, Capital Markets, etc.

Background Requirements:

• Current and active undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate level students
• Experience demonstrating self-motivation with a creative mindset
• Real estate or Finance related coursework
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Meet Application Deadline: November 21, 2025

Starting Hourly Range: $30.00 to $40.00 Per Hour

*Interns are responsible for their transportation and housing. Commuter benefits are available.

The starting hourly range is an estimate, based on potential intern qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Actual hourly rates will vary and may be above or below the stated range based on various factors including, among other factors, location, education and training, experience, and performance. A potential new intern's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. This information is provided in connection with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and similar positions located outside of Colorado may or may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
