Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. BE/B. Tech with IT / E&TC / Computer Science specialization with 8-10 years of professional services experience, including at least 2 years in automation/Consulting engagements.
2. Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information/data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
3. Design solutions utilizing RPA tools best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team.
4. Propose solution architecture and technical flows for BOT development.
5. Identify automation blockers and enablers and articulate them to the client.
6. Provide inputs to To-be process flows for BRDs and review solution design for RPA processes.
7. Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
8. Design, develop, code, and deploy Robotics Process Automation as an RPA modeler using the Automation Anywhere tool.
9. Expert in Robotics Process Automation and design techniques, with experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs.
10. Multi-skilled with good exposure across the software development lifecycle and toolset.
11. Review RPA code for best practices and efficiencies.
12. Maintain adequate controls and tracking processes to ensure audit requirements are always fully met for all projects.
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate crucial conversations and influence stakeholders.
