Project Manager Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to stay on track
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA requirements
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders
• Utilize project management software and tools such as Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or land development projects
• Strong knowledge of federal and municipal regulations and standards
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
• Professional Engineering License (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
