Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong expertise in product management and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap and backlog aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks and deliverables.

Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, user interviews, and stakeholder discussions to define clear objectives.

Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project milestones and risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Coordinate documentation efforts and provide end-user training as needed to support product adoption.

Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership effectively.

Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to track progress and streamline workflows.

Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product management processes.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in product management, project ownership, or business analysis.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar project methodologies.

Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and teams.

Experience in the legal domain or knowledge of legal systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications are a plus.

Familiarity with Salesforce platform or enterprise software environments is advantageous.
