Print Estimator
Fotorecord Print Center, a leader in commercial printing and direct mail solutions for over 30 years, is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Print Estimator to join our team. What You’ll Do
Manage and Prepare Estimates: Handle day-to-day client estimate requests with precision and speed, focusing on creating quotes that reflect value and profitability.
Build a Strong Vendor Network: Source and manage outsourcing for a wide range of jobs, aggressively negotiating for the best quality and margins.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Review every request to find opportunities for upselling, suggesting cost-effective alternatives, and recommending related products to maximize both client ROI and company revenue.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Management teams ensuring accuracy during the quoting process
What We're Looking For
Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating or project management for commercial printing, direct mail, or a closely related manufacturing field. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Numerical Acumen: Exceptional numerical, analytical, and spreadsheet skills with a keen eye for detail.
Business Mindset: A clear understanding of margins, cost structures, and understanding how correct pricing supports the company's bottom line.
Communication Skills: Confident and professional communication in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
