Pediatric Physician Assistant- Arlington, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physician Assistant to join a well-established private practice in Arlington, TX.

Work in a supportive private practice alongside an experienced pediatrician and a robust support team in a collaborative environment.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients up to 18 years of age.
• Manage a variety of common pathologies, with a focus on core pediatric needs. The practice manages ADHD medication at a foundational level, with more complex cases referred to outside specialists.
• Perform standard pediatric procedures including immunizations, castings, and lab tests. Note: This role does not involve suturing.
• Adhere to a strict vaccine protocol; all new patients are required to be vaccinated.

Schedule & Call:

• A flexible clinical workweek, with patient schedules from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, including a one-hour lunch and a half-day off per week.
• Minimal call responsibility

Qualifications:

• State licensure and board certification is required
• A minimum of 2+ years of pediatric experience is required. No new graduates will be considered for this role.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
