Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in North Scottsdale. This role is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong phone, scheduling, and computer skills, along with the ability to coordinate with nail technicians to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phones, manage scheduling, and handle client inquiries
• Maintain accurate appointment schedules and coordinate with nail technicians
• Perform data entry and basic computer tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette, scheduling, and computer applications
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred to better serve our clients
