The Florida Panthers enter the 2025-26 season as the two-time defending Stanley Cup Champions, having gone to the Stanley Cup Final in each of the past three seasons. The National Hockey League's southernmost team, the Panthers have reached the postseason in a club-record six consecutive campaigns. The Panthers operate four facilities in Broward County, Florida: Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs, the new state-of-the-art practice facility Baptist Health IcePlex in Fort Lauderdale, as well as the renovated War Memorial Auditorium, which hosts concerts and events for the South Florida faithful.

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Manager of Panther Bar Memberships & Exclusives Experiences. This position will serve guests in VIP Members only lounges which are open for all Panther home games and select events throughout the year. This position requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive and fun working environment. This individual should be a true hospitality specialist who exhibits attentiveness and discreteness with high end clientele in a premium environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in VIP Members only lounge
• Curate high end and classic cocktails in a fast-paced environment
• Upsell products and present proper bottle service
• Restock products following events

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Experience in Private County Club, High-end Restaurant or Luxury Hotel a plus
• Excellent ability to establish rapport & professional relationship with staff & members
• Proven good judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent immediate problem-solving skills
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Serv Safe certification a plus
• Professional appearance
• POS Savvy

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is an non-exempt (hourly) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Premium lounges remain open 60-90 post event.
