Licensed Insurance Representative — blending service excellence with growth opportunities in sales. You’ll start with responsibilities and grow into sales within the 2 months, with a clear career path to higher earning potential.

Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to retain and grow client relationships
• Build relationships with customers for long-term success and referrals
• Present insurance solutions customized to clients' needs
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling of life/umbrella/other products
• Generate follow-up on and close new business opportunities
Qualifications
• Minimum 1+ years of agency customer service/sales experience
• Outbound sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to self-manage
• Resilient, competitive, and motivated to succeed
