Role: Creative Production Artist
Duration: 36 Months
Location: Dallas, TX 75202
*** Local candidates only, Dallas, TX.
***May require 1-3 days in office/week, possibly 5 days when the WFH order is lifted for NPW's.
Overall Purpose:
Produce marketing materials — including everything from full collateral and POS campaigns to brochures and various other printed and digital work to the highest possible levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) This individual will be working within the production department and with our Creative group.
2) The candidate must be highly organized and enjoy juggling multiple projects.
3) The ideal candidate would have experience developing 3 dimensional displays that bring the brand to life in the retail environment. Understanding of material fabrication, mechanics and timelines.
4) demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experience.
The creative designer is responsible for the creative process from inception to execution based on specific request from the Creative Director or Sr Lead Creative Direction.
1. Responsible for creative based on retail marketing strategies that goes through the lens of the AT&T Purpose and AT&T brand guidelines.
2. Work in partnership with retail marketing team and other cross-functional teams to conduct end to end project management retail creative and complete projects within allotted timeline.
3. Work independently and take responsibility to visit the retail stores to understand the scope of work and be able to optimize deliverables.
4. Support and develop presentations to executive management with retail creative and project timelines as needed.
5. Be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite or creative tool applications.
6. Be highly organized, enjoy juggling multiple projects and quick turnaround jobs.
7. Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of creative design tools, techniques, and innovation to create the best in-store creative.
