Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. Lead a team of 50+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals. Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a current Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrators License. You will need a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Have experience as an campus Administrator that includes a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
