General Manager opportunity in Jacksonville, FL with a great company!!

Here's an opportunity to join a 50 year old plus privately held company that focuses in wholesale distribution and supply to the building materials and construction industry. The company is based in the southeast U.S. and has branch locations nationwide. In this role you'll manage the branch location which includes daily leadership of a staff of 20 employees, P & L of about $18m in revenue, a warehouse of materials, a sales team, customer service, delivery, and warehouse staff.

We are looking for an experienced manager who preferably comes from the Distribution business who knows how to effectively run a Branch operation with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and has P & L experience. Leadership experience of at least 10 years is required.

This position is located in Jacksonville, FL and will require your in-office presence. Relocation is not considered for this role and this is not a hybrid position.

A salary in the $100k to $115k range can be expected with a solid bonus opportunity to increase your annual earnings to beyond $150k annual. Benefits are included as well.
