We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide multiple teams through Agile adoption and cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, and experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Who You Are SAFe Certified Extensive experience in Agile Coaching, with demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams using multiple Agile methodologies. Proven track record in mentorship and development, with expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members. What You'll Do Guide multiple teams through Agile adoption and cultural transformation. Lead, co-facilitate, and shadow team ceremonies while providing actionable feedback. Conduct maturity assessments and create targeted coaching plans for improvement. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour. Location and Work Arrangement Houston, TX, with in-office work required 3 times a week.
