What You’ll Do
In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll help keep the financial heartbeat of the company running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a dynamic accounting team, mastering bookkeeping, creating polished reports, and managing essential administrative tasks that keep the business moving forward. Your Day-to-Day

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Keep financial data accurate, organized, and up to date so the team can work with confidence
• Excel & Reporting: Support data analysis and reporting, and if you’ve got pivot table skills, even better
• Administrative Variety: Assist with contractor coordination and scheduling repairs, keeping things running like clockwork
• Financial Reports: Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, turning data into clear, actionable insights
• Quality Control: Triple-check entries for accuracy, your attention to detail will be the backbone of our finance team

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience OR a recent bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables = bonus points) and top-notch organizational habits
• Mandarin fluency highly preferred, your ability to connect across languages will make you stand out
• A curious, adaptable mindset, you love learning and finding better ways to get things done
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present financial information clearly
